How I Read The Chart:

Astrology is a powerful tool that allows us to understand ourselves at a deeper level and our connection to society and the cosmos. I believe astrology is also a liberatory tool to help us understand the ways power moves and operates in society, and reminds us that there is more than one way to live. So we also have the ability to work WITH the planets/stars/zodiacs to read THROUGH power and labor to imagine new ways of living.

I am a Western Tropical Whole Signs Astrologer with over 13 years of experience who engages both traditional and modern understandings of astrology. Which means I keep traditional rulership of the planets as it maintains their duality, thus reminding us about the duality of life, and I work with the outer planets as a form of structural analysis about the ways power operates via identity making and impacts our sense of Self (inner planets). As a trained Anthropologist, I read the chart through an anthropological lens, working with the planets and zodiacs to better understand what it means to be human, and how we can be human (better) together.

I specialize in a few different areas:

• helping people navigate their astrological middle age (between the age of 36-45) as the outer planets get very personal and life can feel like it is completely breaking apart/open. Cause it is, so how do you navigate this breaking as a way to figure out what it means to fully live?

• the dark houses (4-8-12) and ancestral/bloodline connections. I am a Scorpio Rising/Leo Sun/Taurus Moon, with a 12th house stellium in Libra and South Node in Aquarius. I help people navigate the best ways to work with their ancestral lines and gifts.

• team building/visioning/strategic planning. Part of my work is as a strategist and when trying to create a project, program, or strategically plan for upcoming changes in an organization I find astrology is a valuable tool to engage in the process. I create incubators for groups that combine individual chart readings, where I focus on Mars and Venus placements alongside generational planets, with facilitated strategy session(s) based on the goals and priorities of the group.

What I Offer:

In my Journey to Self Natal readings I examine the natal chart to help people see the ways structures of society have limited our understanding of who we are, and help you learn how best to work with the energies of your chart to pave a path forward that is right for YOU! This is what I call seeing and breaking the individual placed upon bodies via identities that require specific scripts, and learning more and leaning into the Self (the energies of inner planets and their aspects), and how that Self interacts with structures of power (the energies of the outer planets and their aspects).

Readings are 60 minutes and are meant to be seen as “live” readings. This both means the reading itself is live over Zoom, and the reading is meant to be listened to and engage with after our session. I give instructions on how to do so at the end of the reading. All clients have up to 3 business to ask additional clarifying questions about what emerged in the reading.

For Returning Clients I also have transit readings available to help you navigate upcoming planetary movements.

Astrology can also be a good community building tool, along with being a fun way to celebrate a special occasion in a more intimate way. Get to know yourself and a group of your friends/family through a Curated Astrology Dreaming Salon! This option is for up to 5 people who want to build community in a fun way and learn how your energies interact through the lens of astrology. I analyze each persons chart ahead of the salon and during it I will pick out key placements and synergies that I will use to facilitate the salon. For each salon I will have a Zine with a curated playlist for the group to help the dreaming long after the salon is done!

Salons are 90 minutes conducted over Zoom. Recordings are sent to the entire group to have along with a copy of your astrological chart. In-person options are available at an additional cost.

If you are wanting to engage with astrology as part of your strategic planning/dreaming then an Astrology Strategic Planning/Dreaming Incubator may be for you. We will examine the charts of everyone in the group individually and then use that information to help in the planning of a group strategic dreaming session that is informed by the astrological charts of those involved and the goals of the group overall. This is another way to help with team building alongside world-building/visioning, using an astrological structural analysis through an anthropological (cultural) perspective.
